Featured Project: 1899 Wynkoop

In August of 2025, we wrapped up the installation of custom draperies at 1899 Wynkoop. This project required a few tweaks and adjustments to ensure everything was just right, but the results really speak for themselves.

This project accents recent renovations in the Lobby of 1899 Wynkoop. Pinkard Construction was heading this renovation of the entrance lobby and various amenities on the first floor. Royals drapery team installed window coverings in the lobby entrance and the first-floor conference room, adding an extra layer of warmth to the lobby's overall feel.

These draperies feature a beautiful neutral textured fabric from Lebatex: Zest in the color Linen. With an accented blackout fabric in the conference room from Kaufman: Chillax in the color Marble. The draperies were made in a classic pleated style, adding fullness to create a significant accent at all windows. The conference room features a double set of panels at the exterior windows to provide an extra layer of privacy and room-darkening for projector use. Along the interior window of the conference room, we have a custom bent track so that the window is covered with a single panel of drapery, finishing off the space with a wide-open window when the room is not in use.
