Every window tells a story, and at Dorian Apartments in Colorado Springs, we made sure it was a dramatic one.
Completed in December 2024, this specialty drapery installation transformed the building’s lobby, rooftop amenity room, and clubhouse into statement spaces. Using Maharam Vellum Fabric in “003 Fade” and black Kirsch 94003 tracks, we designed a solution that’s both bold and refined.
