The Madison

Royal Textile Products completed a large-scale multi-family window coverings installation at The Madison, with Crossland Construction, delivering tailored solutions across apartments, amenity spaces, and townhomes.

This phased project included the installation of manual roller shades in all apartment units, featuring 3% E-Screen fabric in White/Pearl for effective light control, glare reduction, and energy efficiency. Amenity spaces were outfitted with Draper 3% manual roller shades in Charcoal/Chestnut, providing a cohesive, high-end finish. In the townhomes, we installed Royal Pro 2" faux wood horizontal blinds, offering durability and a classic residential aesthetic.

Due to the size and scope of the project, installation was completed in multiple phases, requiring close coordination with project timelines and other trades. Minor challenges included a measurement discrepancy within a portion of the apartment units and a steel backer condition in the pool house amenity area, which required specialized installation techniques. Our team adapted quickly to resolve these issues while maintaining schedule integrity.

Despite these challenges, the project was completed on time and to specification, demonstrating our ability to execute complex commercial and multi-family window treatment installations.

The final result delivers both functional performance and a clean, modern aesthetic across all spaces. Ownership was highly satisfied with the outcome, reinforcing Royal Textile Products’ commitment to quality, reliability, and professional execution.
