Royal Textile Products partnered as a specialty subcontractor to Crossland Construction on a new construction commercial window coverings installation at Fowler Chevrolet. This project featured manual roller shades using Phifer SheerWeave 4100 (10%) in Granite, providing effective solar control, glare reduction, and visibility for a modern dealership environment.

One of the primary challenges on this project was the extended drop length of the roller shades. Longer shades require precise alignment and fine adjustments during installation to ensure proper tracking and a clean, uniform appearance across all window openings. Our installation team carefully calibrated each unit to ensure consistent performance and aesthetics.

Because this was a new construction project, coordination with Crossland Construction allowed for a smooth installation process and efficient scheduling. Working within a controlled construction timeline minimized disruptions and enabled seamless integration of the commercial window treatment systems.

The result is a clean, functional solution that enhances both the interior environment and the overall appearance of the space. These roller shade systems provide long-term durability while maintaining a professional, polished look throughout the dealership.
