About Nikki

Nikki joined the Royal Textile Products family in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for building strong, vibrant communities within the workplace. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Nikki’s academic background has provided her with a solid foundation in the principles of business management and operations.

Before becoming a part of our team, Nikki successfully ran a local small business, Heads of State, for two decades. This experience not only honed her administrative and managerial skills but also instilled in her a deep appreciation for the dynamic and supportive environment that a close-knit team can create. At Heads of State, Nikki thrived on the challenges of employee management and enjoyed fostering a sense of camaraderie and collaboration among her staff.

Nikki is particularly enthusiastic about the people side of business, where she believes the magic happens.
